Hi and welcome to a quick update from The Veggie Patch Ezine.

I've finally started a Facebook Page. It's so much easier to update Facebook than my blog :) Anyway I'd like to invite you to "Like" my Facebook page - I'm the only one so far :( That may be because I haven't told anyone about it yet!

Let me know what you'd like to see on the page - I want to give you some great hints and tips, just one or two a day.

I hope everything is going well in your gardens. We are experimenting with a cover this winter on one of our raised beds. To protect the veggies from the frosts and insects and help them grow a bit quicker. I do believe in attracting beneficial insects though so might take it off when the plants are getting more established.

Does anyone have any experience with using covers on their gardens? I'd love to hear your stories.

Oh I forgot! The facebook page is Organic Veggie Patch and here is the link Organic Veggie Patch on Facebook .

Mmm the link seems to be too long for the txt version of this ezine. If it doesn't work, do a search for Organic Veggie Patch and you'll find me - sorry for that.

Thanks for your time :)
